Sale items may be limited to existing stock.
Domestic retail shipping and handling is based on order total. Your in-stock order will usually ship within 24 hours and orders will be delivered in approximately 5 – 10 business days.
We reserve the right to substitute alternate brands of identical products.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to avoid mid-year price changes, but reserve the right to adjust prices if our costs increase. Additionally, in the event a mistake was made in our listings we reserve the right to bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of shipment. If the price has changed after you place your order you will be notified before it ships; the customer always has the right to cancel the order if there is a price increase.
BACK ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our web site shows the current stock conditions of each item we sell, whether it is in stock or out of stock. Though rare, it can happen that multiple orders are received at the same time for the last remaining item in stock. As such, there will be no stock to fill the last order received even though it appeared, at the time of order, that the item was in stock. Should this happen, you will be notified immediately and will be given the expected delivery date (if we have it) and you will be given the option of waiting for delivery or cancelling your order.
SHIPMENTS: RISK OF LOSS
When a customer places an order, the order will be shipped to the address designated by that customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Midwest Cycle Pro, LLC retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.
Should a shipment arrive in damaged cartons, sign only for the packages received and be sure to indicate that they arrived damaged. Keep the cartons and inspect the merchandise for damage or shortages. Notify us immediately if necessary.
Should you receive an order with a missing item or an extra item is included (but not invoiced), please contact our customer service department. All shortages or overages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Please have the invoice number and the number of packages you received available when you call.
Return Merchandise Authorization numbers will be used and the returned merchandise must reach Midwest Cycle Pro within thirty (30) days after the item is received by the customer. We do not accept the return of or issue refund for any merchandise more than thirty (30) days after the it was received by the buyer. The tracking information from the package's carrier will be used to determine the date it was delivered. All sales are final on close out or discontinued merchandise - they are non-returnable.
Midwest Cycle Pro will only accept the return of merchandise with RMA numbers (return merchandise authorization) provided that it is not consumer damaged, that it is returned in its original, undamaged, unopened packaging and that all of its parts, components and accessories are returned including instructions and warranty cards/information. Packaging that has been written on or defaced by the customer will exclude the item for refund.
All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All electrical items returned as defective will be inspected & tested. If the electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will be issued. Such merchandise will be returned to the customer without credit at the customer's expense.
Electrical and electronic items (including, but not limited to, headsets, modulators, MP3 players, radios, speakers, lighting controllers, heated grips and their controllers, etc.) are not returnable for refund once the item's sealed packaging has been opened. Electronic items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the item will be serviced based on that warranty. In the case of an electrical or electronic item that is not operating correctly after installation, it is the buyer's responsibility to work with us, the manufacturer, or both to help isolate the source of the problem. Once the problem is located the manufacturer's warranty will dictate the kind of resolution that is available.
Midwest Cycle Pro will issue any return of merchandise refunds based on the order amount less shipping and handling charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective.
Midwest Cycle Pro will notify the buyer once the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Refunds due the buyer will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise returned, in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the merchandise. Under no circumstances will an alternate form of refund be issued.
We value and very much appreciate your business. However, please keep the following in mind.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Customs charges are normally collected by the delivery agent or when you pick the item up – they are not additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise below actual value or mark items as "gifts". Such actions are prohibited by US and international shipping regulations.
We do our very best to ship your package no later than the next business day after payment is received. However, we are not responsible for the length of time it may take for your package to be delivered once it leaves our facility. Customs inspections and passage can take as little as one day or as long as six weeks depending on the country the package is being delivered to. Long delays are possible during the month of November and are to be expected during the month of December due to the Christmas shipping season.
Some oversize items (such as touring windshields, ATV windshields, certain ATV tires, etc) cannot be shipped outside the United States due to the US Postal Service's package size restrictions. Should your item be too large to ship, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that item. If you have ordered other items as well, they will not be cancelled; they will ship without the oversize item.
